The Role:

Seek a methodical Project Manager/Requirements Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between developers, stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Document incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications.
  • Review requirements with stakeholders to gain consensus before development starts.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects with the website development team.
  • Collaborate on projects requiring integration between systems.
  • Showcase project deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Partner with lead engineer to ensure project expectations are delivered.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma required.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience with strong project management expertise.
  • Ability to work US hours due to significant collaboration with US stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience required.
  • Ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL databases preferred.
  • Strong organization and English communication skills.
  • Data driven and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira preferred.
