Seeking Experienced Sr Technical Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our cloud-based software delivery team in India.

This role requires expertise in Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Engineering Leadership: Manage squads, coach teams on best practices, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Shore Collaboration: Align priorities and facilitate smooth handoffs with US engineering and product leaders.
  • Technical Planning & Execution: Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with architects and senior engineers.
  • Agile Delivery Management: Oversee project lifecycle: planning, backlog grooming, estimation, sprint execution, and release coordination.

Basic qualifications for this role include 8-10+ years in software engineering with full-stack development exposure, 5+ years in engineering/project management in distributed/global teams, and proven track record of managing complex projects from discovery through deployment.
