As we grow, we need an Operations Excellence Manager to plan, track, and improve core processes across fulfillment, warehousing, and other operational teams.

The role will focus on cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and scalable practices to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Creation & SOP Development
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures for fulfillment, warehousing, and daily operations.
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.

Program Management

  • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
  • Support the execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with fulfillment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.

Data & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
