Job Title: Operations Manager">

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our cold finishing process. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering or a related field, with experience in ductile iron pipe production. They will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the cold zone finishing process, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the operations of the cold zone finishing process.
  2. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  3. Utilize SAP and other IT-related applications to monitor and control operations.
  4. Identify areas for improvement in the cold zone finishing process and implement changes as necessary.
  5. Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ductile iron pipe production.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Background in mechanical engineering or a related field.
