Manufacturing Excellence Lead
Role Summary:This leadership position focuses on driving operational excellence and process improvement across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Create and implement a performance improvement plan to optimize costs, reduce waste, and enhance operational flexibility.
- Process Standardization: Implement global best practices and standards to boost performance and ensure adherence to global supply chain processes.
- Culture Transformation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive Diageo leadership standards through effective team leadership and individual development planning.
- Sustained Results: Standardize process improvement approaches across units to achieve consistent and sustainable results.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- At least 4-8 years of relevant manufacturing experience with hands-on applicable experience and demonstrated team leadership.
- Lean sigma certification and thorough knowledge of manufacturing excellence principles, TQM, TPM, and autonomous maintenance.
- Strong focus on process improvement, waste reduction, efficiency optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and track record of outstanding employee development.
