Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business excellence by implementing and sustaining world-class manufacturing practices across all sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement policies and procedures that support operational excellence.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure performance and track progress.
  • Coach and facilitate teams to identify and implement improvements.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lean management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g. mechanical, industrial).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lean management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with lean tools such as value stream mapping, Six Sigma, and kaizen.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Certification in lean management (e.g. LEAN, APICS).
