Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished National Process Manager to spearhead process engineering, process safety, and sustainability initiatives across our manufacturing plants. This pivotal role involves the effective design and optimization of process systems, seamless execution of new plant setups, and measurable improvements in operational efficiency and safety.

The incumbent will conduct risk assessments, implement Management of Change (MOC), and drive sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery. Key outcomes include enhanced process safety compliance, reduced environmental impact, improved plant performance, and strategic alignment with business goals through data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical)
  • 10 years of experience in process engineering design, process optimization & process safety, and sustainability roles in manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in process design, process engineering, process safety assessments, and sustainability integration
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools
