We are seeking a visionary leader to drive process development and team management in a global organization.

  • Direct process improvement projects to increase productivity and streamline operations within the process framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • 15+ years' experience in business excellence, transformation, application management, and digital service delivery, leading global teams and transformation programs.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in digitalization, automation, service management, data analytics, and process improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in program and project management, service optimization, and financial management.
