Sales Excellence Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales Excellence Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales strategies and be able to effectively drive business growth.

  • The Sales Excellence Professional will be responsible for facilitating and striving to achieve aggressive sales targets, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
  • They will attend to all walk-in customers efficiently, explain the project in detail, and be able to answer all customer queries.
  • The Sales Excellence Professional will also be able to successfully deal with customer negotiations and close deals.
  • Additionally, they will convince customers about various features of the project and be able to help in decision making.
  • Consistently, they will make efforts to provide customers an enriching experience at site and regular follow-ups as required.
  • They will handle all incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently to seek closure on site visit.
  • The Sales Excellence Professional will work with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts reflecting any last-minute changes to forecast based on business requirements.
  • Lastly, they will update all required reports and system data on a timely basis.
