Job Role: Academic Sales Specialist | Admission Counsellor

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Shift: Day OR Night (Flexible)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as an Academic Sales Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided)
  3. Effectively explain our services and convert leads into successful enrollments
  4. Conduct need-based counselling to understand the client's educational requirements
  5. Deliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrations
  6. Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  7. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
  8. Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach
  • Capable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks
