System Support Specialist Job Opportunity

About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping the future of cybersecurity as part of our team.

As a Business Systems Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy and usability of our sales tools.

Main sales tools include Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.

  1. Solve tickets from sales users related to various sales tools.
  2. Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  3. Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information.
  4. Support scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations.
  5. Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
  6. Handle access and visibility issues.
  7. Contribute to documentation of best practices and usage.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in IT/Salesforce Helpdesk or Salesforce certified.
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with navigating the Salesforce landscape and terminology, focusing on data security and territory management.
  • Experience with sales processes and working in a sales environment is beneficial.
