Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Incharge. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization in the mattress and furniture industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams across various locations, including Pune, Kolhapur, Nagpur, and Akola. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and channel partners
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products
- Providing excellent customer service and support to customers
Requirements for the role include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- Minimum 2-12 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Prior experience in channel sales and dealer management is preferred
