Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves being the primary point of contact for US-based clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Meet performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution, staying updated with company knowledge to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on working with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Prior experience in BPO, IT, SaaS, or US-based client support roles.
