Job Title: Language Support Specialist

The role involves providing accurate interpretation in Bengali/Nepali/French and English during telephone and video conversations between individuals of different languages and backgrounds.

To be successful, the candidate will have excellent English speaking skills, be proficient in Bengali/Nepali/French, and possess good understanding and communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Listen carefully to speakers' statements to interpret them correctly.
  2. Ask questions when necessary to ensure accurate interpretation.
  3. Remain neutral and impartial throughout the conversation.
  4. Adhere to standard operating procedures required for the process.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: 12th, Diploma / Any Graduate
  • Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Important Note:

For French, B2 Certification or B1 with minimum 6 months experience or a degree in French is mandatory.

This is a permanent remote opportunity with a flexible schedule. The selected candidate will work 5 days a week with rotational shifts including night shifts.

Interview rounds include HR interview, AMCAT Test, Language Proficiency Test, and Client Round (Final Virtual Interview).
