Job Title: Senior Application Support Specialist
Overview of the Role:We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and developing enterprise-grade billing applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of applications written in various programming languages. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving application issues, writing and optimizing code in multiple programming languages, and ensuring smooth execution of build and run activities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong coding ability in multiple programming languages including Java and Informix.
- Experience in troubleshooting errors and providing effective technical solutions.
- Prior experience in billing applications and understanding of billing workflows is essential.
- Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications is required.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Any certification in Java, Informix, or related technologies would be beneficial.
