Identity Governance and Administration Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity governance and administration, including access lifecycle management, role-based access control, policy, risk, and compliance alignment.

About the Role:

The Senior Technical Analyst - IGA is responsible for the onboarding of applications, interacting with application owners, and explaining integration processes. This includes gathering information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application, coordinating and testing custom development, and working with internal engineers to ensure governance best practices and application requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Onboarding: Responsible for the successful onboarding of applications into our identity governance system.
  • Integration Process: Explain the integration process and purpose to application owners, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • IAM Process Management: Gather and maintain accurate information regarding the entire IAM process within each application.
  • Custom Development Coordination: Coordinate and test custom development required by application teams to perform integrations.
  • Governance Alignment: Work with internal engineers to align integration builds with governance best practices and application requirements.
  • UAT Assistance: Assist application teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Status Reporting: Maintain accurate status reports for all onboarded applications.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years' experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Updated Identity Mapping and configured Source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
  • RBAC analysis and implementation expertise.
  • Certification campaigns launch and remediation process follow-up.
  • Forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates development.
  • Custom reports creation for specific and general purposes.
  • Rules development like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  • Lifecycle Management expertise like Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event.
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, and Active Directory and LDAP applications.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
