Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to spearhead our cloud infrastructure setup and administration.

  • This includes deploying and configuring Azure API Management instances, Application Gateways, Virtual Machines, and Azure Functions for optimal performance and scalability.
  • The successful candidate will also configure Azure AD, VNet integrations, Private Endpoints, and Managed Identities for secure connectivity and access management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the chosen candidate will ensure our infrastructure adheres to Azure best practices for security, scalability, and high availability, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.

API Management Expertise

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing APIs, products, policies, users, and subscriptions to optimize API usage and efficiency.
  • Configuring API security (OAuth2, CORS, RBAC, API Keys) to safeguard against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Pipeline Implementation & Monitoring

The successful candidate will:

  • Build and maintain API deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, automating tasks and workflows for efficient delivery.
  • Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor and Application Insights, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing performance.
Security, Governance, and Integration

The chosen candidate will implement and enforce API governance policies, conduct periodic access reviews, log audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Additionally, they will integrate SnapLogic with APIM for enterprise workflows, maintaining and troubleshooting integration packages and connectors, and designing and implementing secure, scalable, and efficient integration solutions across internal and external systems.

Documentation & Collaboration

The successful candidate will maintain infrastructure, CI/CD, and API documentation, collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Development teams on API lifecycle and governance, and providing expertise to drive business growth and success.
