Global Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
- Demonstrable knowledge of commerce platform concepts and procedures, including Order to Cash operations, billing systems, and online services.
- Technical aptitude to understand Azure Platform architecture and develop innovative solutions to customer challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to inspire confidence and trust with customers.
