Job Overview

The Manager Admissions and Outreach role involves strategic account management, building relationships with Principals, and driving student engagement activities across Grade A schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a data-driven approach to plan and execute activities across different accounts and cities with clearly defined timelines and objectives.
  • Optimize resource allocation based on market attractiveness and opportunity size.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of sales briefcases to resources.
  • Expand consultants' and school networks, increasing output from existing consultants and school accounts.
  • Ensure self and team competency through well-defined training inventories.
  • Foster a culture of regular field visits for self and team members.

Required Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess experience in the Education Industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of premium school connections.
