Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Subject Matter Expert to assume a key role in the development and oversight of our curriculum.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and align the curriculum with competitive standards, ensuring academic rigor and quality.
  • Content Creation: Supervise the creation of high-quality learning materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of subject matter experts, content developers, and educators, guiding them towards meeting academic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution
  • 7+ Years of teaching or academic leadership experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an education organization
  • Deep subject expertise and academic rigor
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with educational platforms, digital tools, and Learning Management Systems is a plus
