Key Leadership Role in Higher Education Administration

We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our academic and administrative ecosystem.

As a pivotal leader, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, governance, and effective management of academic administration, legal matters, and human resources.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as UGC, AICTE, and NAAC to ensure timely compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Support the management of establishment, examinations, admissions, and academic records.
  • Handle legal cases, policy documentation, and institutional governance in line with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare official records for the governing body, academic council, finance committee, and board of studies.
  • Oversee service rules, appointments, leave records, promotions, and staff/student grievance redressal.
  • Maintain administrative databases and generate reports for internal and external audits, NAAC/NIRF/Statutory submissions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree with 55% marks or Ph.D. (Law degree preferred).
  • 8–10 years' experience as Assistant Registrar/Deputy Registrar in a private university.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
