Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Plan Oversight
    • Review and monitor lesson plans from all teachers (Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary).
    • Ensure lesson plans align with modern pedagogical strategies and curriculum standards.
    • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement in a timely manner.
  • Teacher Development
    • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to enhance instructional delivery.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions on modern teaching methods.
    • Offer subject-specific and grade-specific guidance when needed.
  • Classroom Evaluations
    • Create an observation schedule covering all teachers in the school.
    • Conduct formal and informal classroom observations to evaluate effectiveness.
    • Share targeted feedback with teachers to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare regular academic performance and teaching quality reports for senior leadership.
    • Maintain open communication with colleagues to address challenges and track progress.
    • Discuss performance issues with school leaders and recommend interventions.
  • Academic Quality Assurance
    • Ensure consistent implementation of approved teaching and learning strategies.
    • Identify professional development needs based on observation data.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to make academic decisions that improve instructional quality.
