
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead a high-performing team of Life Insurance professionals or direct sales executives.
- Nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor and drive performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless policy issuance and servicing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
- Strong understanding of Direct or Agency distribution models.
- Banca experience not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Local candidates or those familiar with the market preferred.
