Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a successful Outlet Manager to lead our team and manage the assigned outlet as a profitable business unit.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within financial guidelines. This includes helping to achieve revenue targets and making key decisions to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. You will also require the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement effective strategies to improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management, and a minimum of 1 year work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
