Our organization is seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Data & AI domain.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions, with a profound understanding of Data & AI technologies and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Growth: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancy.
  2. Expand Client Base: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).
  3. Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
  4. Sales Cycle Management: Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
  6. Trend Analysis: Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
  7. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
  8. Industry Representation: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development).
  • Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
  • Strong network of decision-makers across industries (preferred).
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
