Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Incharge, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic plans to grow key accounts.
  2. Achieve sales targets through distributor/dealer channels.
  3. Enhance distribution reach and depth through effective servicing of beat plans.
  4. Engage dealers through business-to-location activities and regular meetings.
  5. Stay updated on the company's products and services, as well as competitor activity.
  6. Prepare and present proposals and bids using standard processes and templates.
  7. Monitor market trends and provide insights for fine-tuning selling and marketing strategies.
  8. Maintain brand visibility at retailer touchpoints.
  9. Submit daily activity reports in a timely manner.
  10. Manage inventory effectively at distributor/retailer points according to company norms.
