Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment: Source, select, and hire top talent to fill various roles within the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair treatment of all employees.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Training: Plan and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Labor Laws Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
