Job Title: Experienced Cloud HR Functional Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud HR Functional Specialist with a proven track record in implementing comprehensive HR solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR functional services to our clients.

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to have at least 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, preferably in Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn modules.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They should have a good understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and functional design specification document development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting requirement workshops and mapping business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  2. Identifying as-is and to-be processes
  3. Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports
  4. Configuring scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
  5. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn modules
  • Good understanding of business processes and functional design specification documents
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
