Job Title: Global HR Implementation Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Implementation Professional to drive the successful launch of our HR system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing complex HR solutions, with a strong background in Infor Global HR/Lawson.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's in human resource management is desirable. Our preferred candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects, from requirement gathering and business analysis to system design, configuration, integration, testing, and application maintenance. Experience in Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules (Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety) is essential.
  • Desirable experience in Infor/Lawson S3 Payroll or Infor Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation) will be considered an added advantage. Additionally, proficiency in technical configuration tools such as Java, JavaScript, JSP, and SQL is necessary.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are required, with the ability to resolve configuration errors, database issues, job failures, extensions, and interfaces efficiently. Experience with Infor ION, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD) will be highly valued.
  • An understanding of Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11, and Mingle 12 will be advantageous. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's in human resource management desirable
  • End-to-end implementation project experience
  • Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules (Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety) experience
  • Technical configuration experience in Java, JavaScript, JSP, and SQL
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
