Role Overview:
The Head of Corporate Affairs will be responsible for managing the company's interactions with government officials, stakeholders, and the media to ensure a favorable business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regular interactions with Government Officials to ensure favourable policy environment.
- Monitor adherence to environmental clearances, labor law compliance, and industrial licensing requirements.
- Develop and execute crisis communication protocols and serve as primary media spokesperson.
- Track policy developments affecting the sector and prepare position papers.
- Lead land acquisition processes, liaison with revenue officials, and coordinate with legal teams.
- Brief senior leadership on political developments and coordinate with various departments to align corporate affairs strategies.
Requirements:
- Engage with government and industry leaders to influence policy and advance business goals.
- Handle media during crises and mitigate risks.
- Have deep knowledge of land procurement, labour standards, and the socio-political landscape.
- Develop and execute data-driven public affairs strategies.
- Lead a team and influence stakeholders within a complex organization.
