About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to lead our partnerships in the Indian education market, specifically within the K-12 segment.

This high-profile position requires developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives business growth and success.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic partnership plan aligned with our business objectives
  • Identifying and onboarding key partners that drive revenue and growth
  • Negotiating and finalizing impactful partnership agreements that create value for both parties
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction
  • Driving joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement programs
  • Representing our organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships and thought leadership
  • Tracking and reporting on partner performance and market insights to inform future strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–12 years of experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 years relevant in education/tech)
  • A deep understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem, including its challenges and opportunities
  • A proven track record of building and managing successful partner networks that drive business results
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills to build strong partnerships
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
