The Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our North America sales team. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for driving quarterly and annual bookings for our designated solution stack. You'll work closely with potential end customers to position our solutions and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor positioning to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions and building strong business relationships.
- Experience selling learning platforms, content management platforms, or SAAS platforms end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems and opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer relationships and make recommendations.
