**Company Overview**

Tradeomatic Limited, a Hong Kong-based company specializing in B2B solutions for personal hygiene products and raw materials, is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Strategist to join its Indian subsidiary TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, manage the sales team, and maintain client relationships. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and leadership qualities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for various products to meet the company's objectives
  • Manage the sales team, setting goals and expectations, and providing guidance on sales performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize sales performance

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team
  • Solid understanding of sales strategy and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans

**What We Offer**
