Job Description

As a seasoned growth professional, you will have the opportunity to drive customer acquisition through our referral program. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in Company growth.

The organic growth marketing team and Senior Director of Marketing look forward to your collaboration in impacting our largest acquisition channel.

  • Referral Marketing:
    • Scale and manage our largest new customer acquisition channel while lowering overall cost per acquisition.
    • Develop data-driven strategies for the referral program, optimising reward structures and A/B testing.
    • Collaborate with product, tech, and creative teams to create seamless app experiences for referrals.
  • App Retention:
    • Implement personalised multi-channel communication (email, in-app, push, WhatsApp) to boost awareness and engagement.
    • Develop nurturing journeys through the funnel to improve lead rates, referrals, and reviews.
    • Analyse customer data and behaviour to optimise app flows, improving engagement and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

You should possess 5-8 years of experience working in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals. Additionally, strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage are required.

A messaging platform such as Gupshup or Kaleyra is also necessary.

Passionate individuals about mining customer insight with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and data reporting skills are encouraged to apply.
