
Head of Recruitment Strategy

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment team and managing all recruitment activities. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensure a streamlined hiring process, and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
The role requires:
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent through diverse sourcing channels
- Ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires
You will also be responsible for working closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities, help create detailed job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies. Ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process is also key.
A leader with exceptional skills in talent acquisition, leadership, and team management is required for this role. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals. This includes training and developing recruitment team members to improve performance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include developing innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Enabling the team to develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future hiring demands is also essential.
In addition, ensuring that all hires align with the firm's standards in terms of skills, performance, and cultural fit is crucial. Promoting the employer brand and encouraging the team to proactively take initiatives aimed at attracting top talent is also vital.
Process management, compliance, and reporting are critical components of this role. This includes ensuring efficient use of the applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and tracking key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire).
To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, is required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is also necessary. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices is essential. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is also vital.
