Regional Business Head - SAP/IT Staffing & Contract Hiring

The ideal candidate will lead the regional business development efforts, focusing on SAP and IT staffing services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Acquiring new clients from mid-size MNCs through sales and marketing efforts.
  • Maximizing revenue from the region by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Building and mentoring a team of IT hiring experts.
  • Delivering high-quality staffing and recruitment services to clients.
  • Leading end-to-end mid and senior-level recruitment processes for IT/SAP contract hiring.

Candidates with strong backgrounds in IT staffing and contract staffing, along with experience in sourcing candidates using job postings and other platforms, are preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of revenue generation.
