About Your Role- Represent and sell franchise opportunities from national and regional brands, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Advise entrepreneurs on best-fit franchise models tailored to their goals and objectives.
- Closing franchise deals virtually across multiple regions without travel, leveraging technology to maximize productivity.
- Nurturing long-term client relationships for high satisfaction and repeat business, fostering a loyal customer base.
- Maintaining detailed sales reports using Microsoft Excel and collaborating with our team to achieve shared goals.
- A minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise sales with a proven track record of success, achieving 20+ franchise sales.
- Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for revenue generation and mastering multiple business sectors, driving business growth and expansion.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, plus proficiency in regional languages depending on the market, enabling effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields is preferred but secondary to your sales record and achievements.
