We are seeking an experienced City Expansion Manager to drive the expansion of our franchise business in North India.
This role will play a critical part in identifying and acquiring prime locations, building relationships with franchise partners, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities- Site Selection & Market Analysis: Lead strategic site identification efforts, conduct thorough site evaluations, and validate site selections against established guidelines.
- Real Estate Negotiations & Support: Bridge communications between franchise partners and property owners, streamline lease negotiations, and oversee documentation requirements.
- Business Planning & Financial Oversight: Develop comprehensive business plans, ensure alignment between partner objectives and performance expectations, and monitor key business milestones.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Conduct detailed competition and market analysis to evaluate proposed locations, gather data on branded retail presence, residential density, and provide insights and recommendations based on market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, franchise management, real estate, or market analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on deliverables, willingness to travel within the city for site visits and partner meetings.
