Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth in the market. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, negotiating deals, managing customer relationships, and driving expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Strategy:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand existing customer base, and increase market share.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:
  • Identify new prospects, build a robust pipeline of potential clients through online and offline channels, leveraging industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations.
  • Sales & Deal Closure:
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to negotiate profitable agreements.
  • Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs deeply and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations, sharing data-driven insights internally to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools, providing regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in sectors like EV, automotive, infrastructure, real estate, technology, or energy.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with simple web platforms for CRM, reporting, project management, and sales collateral.
  • Experience with B2B offline channels like trade expos.
