Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment of solutions for our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Growth Consultant.

You will work closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and drive end-to-end execution. Your focus will be on delivering value through effective project management, clear communication, and alignment with customer goals—ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success with our solution.

Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships, preparing detailed BRDs explaining process and system workflow and exception scenarios, serving as a trusted advisor addressing client needs and ensuring adoption of new features, services, and solutions, leading implementation projects for systems by collaboratively working with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams, leveraging data to provide actionable insights to customers, and providing clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also manage infant care, close all points by working with product and support teams, create customer SOP for processes that can be used by clients and internally by support, work with the support team to handover the project to Support and KAM, and act as the voice of the customer within the organization providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think critically and make sound judgments, have a detailed understanding of supply chain principles and operations, hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, and have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company.
