Dynamic Regional Growth Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to spearhead our regional growth strategy. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Livspace's expansion across designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Momentum Building & Strategy Execution: Collaborate with regional stakeholders to identify high-potential cities for Livspace franchise expansion. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze building material data and pinpoint key growth opportunities.
  • Talent Management & Collaboration: Oversee and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze, and engage leads from potential areas. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with Livspace's franchise selection criteria.
  • Lead Generation & Meetings: Scrutinize and shortlist potential franchise profiles that meet Livspace's standards. Coordinate the scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
  • Market Visits & Engagement: Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections. Personally pitch Livspace's franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.
  • Franchise Onboarding & Support: Facilitate the onboarding process by converting the right profiles into Livspace franchise partners. Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Achieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently. Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.
