Job Title: Regional Performance Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Performance Leader to lead and manage a high-performing team of account managers, training managers, and training associates. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence and ensure successful implementation across the region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of learning solutions in all partner schools within the designated region, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact.
  • Own the post-sales implementation journey, ensuring a smooth transition from on-boarding to full curriculum integration.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with school owners, principals, and key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and support.
  • Conduct regular school visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure high standards of service delivery and adherence to our academic vision.
  • Drive initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, engagement, and curriculum adoption, with a strong emphasis on renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, team performance, and school engagement.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
