
Regional Alliance Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive strategic alliances and partnerships across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations, driving innovation in partnership models, and achieving zonal targets through partner channels.
- Drive strategic alliances and partnerships across the region with banks (Banca), NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents.
- Identify and onboard new partners through consultative B2B engagement, presenting the company's capabilities across Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.
- Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy, ensuring compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives, collaborating with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven track record of success in business development and partnership management.
- Strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Ability to drive innovation in partnership models and achieve zonal targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal controls.
