Job Overview:

Metalink International seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead our international growth strategy.

This full-time remote role requires a proactive business development expert who can identify opportunities, establish global networks, and drive sales of our UAE/Dubai company formation and residency solutions across different countries.

The incumbent will be responsible for building strong partnerships with chartered accountancy firms, business consulting firms, immigration consultants, tax advisors, corporate service providers, travel agencies, corporate offices, hotels, and other strategic partners worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • Building, managing, and nurturing relationships with key international partners.
  • Identifying, engaging, and onboarding new channel partners in different regions.
  • Driving sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Representing the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
  • Negotiating and closing partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Providing country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management.
  • A strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
