Job Title: Growth Strategist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a forward-thinking growth strategist to spearhead multiple projects.

As a key member of our team, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy, drive planning, and scale new verticals. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sharp analytical thinking, and a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and building high-impact operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Design and execute comprehensive plans for multiple projects.
    • Drive real impact through hands-on execution.
    • Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging.
  • Webinars & Events for Growth Enablement:
    • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align events/webinars with growth goals.
    • Leverage event insights and feedback to refine outreach, messaging, and future campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Business Decisions:
    • Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics.
    • Leverage insights to influence business enhancements, pricing strategy, growth adjustments, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in building growth plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.
  • Experience in planning and executing webinars/events will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
