Chief Revenue Accelerator

Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, cold email, and content marketing, to drive revenue growth.
  2. Outbound Sales Development: Build prospect lists, craft outreach sequences, and book meetings with decision-makers to fuel the sales pipeline.
  3. Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, run discovery calls, manage CRM, and move deals forward to achieve predictable revenue growth.
  4. Content & Assets: Create high-quality landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads and support sales efforts.
  5. Partnerships: Establish relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities to expand our reach and influence.
  6. Analytics & Optimisation: Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, and conduct experiments to identify scalable channels for growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting tools, paid acquisition, and content-driven growth strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and thrive in an early-stage SaaS environment.
