The Role

You will lead the growth strategy, own demand generation, outbound prospecting, early-stage sales, and partnerships. You'll work directly with the founder and technical team, with autonomy to design, test, and execute growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Develop multi-channel campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, cold email, content marketing) to drive sales-qualified leads.
  • Outbound Sales Development: Build prospect lists, craft outreach sequences, and book meetings with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, run discovery calls, manage CRM systems, and move deals forward.
  • Content & Assets: Create landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads.
  • Partnerships: Build relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates; run experiments to find scalable channels.

What Success Looks Like

  • A predictable pipeline of sales-qualified leads each month.
  • Consistent revenue growth from scalable acquisition channels.
  • Clear playbooks for outbound, inbound, and sales processes.
  • Closed deals directly from campaigns you run.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales.
  • Hands-on with outbound prospecting tools.
  • Practical experience with paid acquisition and content-driven growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments.
