We're seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our marketing and sales initiatives, driving growth from the ground up.
You will be responsible for demand generation, outbound prospecting, early-stage sales, and partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founder and technical team, with autonomy to design, test, and execute growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales. Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting tools and practical knowledge of paid acquisition and content-driven growth are essential.
A self-starter who thrives in early-stage SaaS environments will excel in this role.
This position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on a profitable SaaS company. You'll have ownership of designing and running the growth playbook, working directly with the founder in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities- Demand Generation: Run multi-channel campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Outbound Sales Development: Build prospect lists, craft outreach sequences, and book meetings with decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, run discovery calls, manage CRM, and move deals forward.
- Content & Assets: Develop landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Track metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates; run experiments to find scalable channels.
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales.
- Hands-on with outbound prospecting tools.
- Practical experience with paid acquisition and content-driven growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in early-stage SaaS environments.
