
Strategic Business Alliance Leader

Job Description:
The Program Lead Alliances is responsible for driving growth through strategic alliances with national and regional influencers of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute partnerships to achieve income delivery through these alliances, focusing on maximizing income delivery, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
- Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business with partners, ensuring the health of the business and timely settlements.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills to ensure effective execution of partnerships.
- Proficient in central office-channel management deliverables and handling channel management aspects of business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all partners and prospects, accountable for all control function interfacing including compliance, legal, finance, and sales.
- Drive business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members, responsible for achieving revenue targets.
- Create engagement and review platforms for delivering budgets, bridging the gap between partners and the organization for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
- Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking for Trade and Forex business in the Retail segment.
- Bridge the gap between the Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Review performance periodically to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
