Job Title:

Sr. Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Operations Manager to drive commercial finance, business operations, and franchise management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage contract execution, timely updates, and renewals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, and Pricing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee accurate and timely invoicing and billing, followed by payment collection and monitoring overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support partner-reported data validation and highlight discrepancies, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Collaborate with DBSI to manage franchise partner relationships, including account management and query resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records, ensuring seamless audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating smooth operational execution.

Requirements:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management (2-3 years).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with expertise in data analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple departments.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, with knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools.
